    Denisse is the former CEO of Cementos Cibao. Since her appointment in early 2010, she lead the company into the completion of its most ambitious expansion so far, and achieved record sales year after year before resigning in mid 2014. Her natural ability to motivate, energize and inspire a team, sets a great example for future Leaders. Denisse was appointed as board member of the Pontifica Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) by late 2014, one of the highest honors in the Dominican Republic.

    Giselle is the president and CEO of Vimenca. Before joining Vimenca, she spent several years at "Agente de Cambio Remesas Vimenca" and led the money exchange table during the company’s most dominant years. In Vimenpaq, she leads the way providing the best logistics infrastructure in the country for internet shoppers.

    Graduated from St. John’s College with advanced studies in economics, English Language and Literature from the British University of Cambridge, via the University of St. John’s, Belize, and a great training in leadership, Economics and Corporate Credit, Credit and Operational Risk Management and Banking Operations. He has developed professional experience in Canada, San José-Costa Rica, San Juan-Puerto Rico, Miami-Florida and the Dominican Republic, among others.

    He accumulated thirty-seven years of experience with Scotiabank until his voluntary retirement in 2014, where he held senior management positions in Corporate and Commercial Credit, Operations and Administration, Consumer Banking, Credit Risk and Operational Risk Management, including 9 years as a member of the Senior Management Team, in the position of "Credit Risk Manager" at Scotia Bank-Dominican Republic.

    Bachelor of Science BA in Economics and Business Administration from St. Michaels University and MBA from Clarkson University. Founder and manager of 3Z Zoluzionez, a financial advisory and accounting firm. Author of projects such as feasibility studies and advice for the introduction in Dominican territory of Café Lavazza, the largest coffee retailer in Europe, as well as for ED Live, second major in the country in the presentation of high standard public shows.

    He worked for the Chase Manhattan Bank, where he took part in the Chase Development Program in Puerto Rico. He then moved to Santo Domingo to serve as Second Vice President of Corporate Banking and Manager of Institutional Banking, covering the administration of the portfolio of institutional clients such as other banks and insurance companies, as well as the direction of the OPIC Fund, the first investment for the development of hotels and tourism businesses. He directed “Dominican Solidarity Credit”, a financial institution regulated by the Superintendence of Banks.

    Holder of a degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) and a Master's degree in International Business from St. Johns University. With over 26 years of experience in the financial industry, managing and developing local and International businesses, Marlenne Then has been for the last six years the Regional Business Director at GCS International. She has been in charge of executing the company's international expansion strategy towards Latin America, managing all the local business, as well as developing the agency banking operations and network, ecosystem development, among the entire company portfolio.

    She has also been a consultant for different local and international organizations. For seventeen years, held the position of Business Vice President of Vimenca-Western Union.

    Mr. Víctor José Pacheco is both an accomplished entrepreneur and former EVP of Vimenca Group. He’s been actively developing companies across several industriesfor the past 13 years, with extensive international experience in the payments industry with Western Union and First Data. Mr. Pacheco is credited for the development of Data Vimenca in 2004, one of the biggest call centers in the Dominican Republic, operating over 1,200 seats under PCI and SOC 2 certifications. In 2011, he co-founded Avance Capital Comercial to introduce Merchant Cash Advance in the Dominican Republic, providing over DOP $1,700 MM in loans to small and medium business owners. In 2014 he co-founded LendingPoint, a consumer oriented Fintech, based in Atlanta, GA, with over USD $270MM in loans to date. He currently serves as LendingPoint’s Chief Strategic Business Development Officer.

Founder of his own business group in the financial-technological retail and micro-insurance areas, through web portals. Pragmatic, entrepreneur and obsessed with business models that can positively impact people's lives.
